The word Zzan is a slang definition for "cheers" in Korean culture. Zzan is a dining and drinking establishment catered to those who want to enjoy delicious Korean and alcoholic beverages with fresh daily ingredients.

Japchae

Korean dish made from sweet potato noodles, stir fried in sesame oil with vegetables, sometimes served with beef, and flavoured with soy sauce, and sweetened with sugar.

tteokbokki

Boiled rice cakes ("tteok"), Surimi ("eomuk"), spring onion, gochujang, onions, diced garlic, salt, sugar and different kinds of seasoning based on the taste.

Mandu

Korean dumpling stuffed with a mixture of various meat and vegetables.

Clam Soup

Boiling whole clams after they have been soaked to expel sediment. Jogaetang has a light, refreshing taste.

Galbi

Marinated beef short ribs in a ganjang-based sauce.

Soondubu

The dish is made with freshly curdled tofu that has not been strained and pressed to remove excess water, vegetables, sometimes mushrooms, onion. (optional) seafood (commonly oysters, mussels, clams and shrimp), optional meat (commonly beef or pork).
